Terms of Service

1. The service
Eleanor is a personal AI assistant in Telegram operated by ZEROINE LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom. It is provided «as is» for personal and business use. During the current trial the service is free of charge; if paid plans are introduced, they will be announced in the bot in advance.
2. Your account and content
You are responsible for what you send to Eleanor and for the accounts you connect. You keep all rights to your content. You grant the operator the right to process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Eleanor for unlawful purposes, to harm others, or to send spam. The operator may suspend access for abuse.
4. AI limitations
Eleanor's answers are generated by AI models and may contain errors. Eleanor is not a doctor, lawyer or financial adviser; verify important information. Eleanor does not perform payments, bookings or send messages on your behalf — it prepares them for you to confirm.
5. Trial and payments
The service is currently provided free of charge as a trial. If paid plans are introduced, their terms, prices and refund rules will be published here and announced in the bot before they apply.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost data or missed reminders. The service may be changed or discontinued; you can export or delete your data at any time (/delete_me).

Сервис предоставляется «как есть» для личного использования, сейчас сервис бесплатен (пробный период); платные тарифы, если появятся, будут заранее объявлены в боте и описаны здесь. Вы отвечаете за свой контент и подключённые аккаунты и сохраняете на него все права. Запрещено использовать бота для незаконных целей и спама. Ответы генерирует ИИ и они могут содержать ошибки; бот не врач, не юрист и не финансовый советник, не платит, не бронирует и не пишет от вашего имени — только готовит действия для вашего подтверждения. Оператор не отвечает за косвенные убытки; сервис может быть изменён или прекращён, данные можно удалить в любой момент командой /delete_me.
